I understand when I type a reply that the color will be different - but
sometimes the paint can icon will be black, blue, dark blue or dark green and
what I am typing will actually be different ... sometimes if I go to edit an
email that is in black and I insert the cursor in the middle of the text and
begin typing, the new text is blue and in a different font style.
My question is: what are the rules for fonts when using Microsoft Word as
the Microsoft Outlook email editor?
We use Office 2003. Thank you.
