my word wont let me open up files

or close them without saving it and replacing another word page normal
uninstalled it reinstalled itwent to use excel realized that I errased it
went to get disc wasnt there Ex(2 days ago) snaps the cd in 2 actually 4 so
now i need help with word and excel so if anyone can help i don't have alot
on money cuz of the break up need excel and need word to work.please all of

I'm sorry but I don't think I fully understand what you are trying to
ask. Are you saying you are encountering issues in Word? If so do you
encounter an error message? What is it?

Regarding your Excel question, are you saying you no longer have the
installation CD? (I think you are saying it was broken into four
pieces a few days ago??)

If that's the case then to obtain replacement CD-ROMs or manuals,
contact the Microsoft Replacement and Supplemental Parts Department at
(800) 360-7561.

When you call for a replacement CD, you may be asked to fax a copy of
the store receipt to the Microsoft Replacement and Supplemental Parts
Department.

Note: If your copy of Office was preinstalled in a computer or
distributed by an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), you must
contact the OEM for a replacement. If you acquired a copy of Office
through the Microsoft Open or Select Volume Licensing programs,
contact the Microsoft Worldwide Fulfillment Office at (800) 248-0655.
