MySql Versus Sql Server

I am looking for paper preferably from Microsoft on how to use Msql with
Microsoft Access on the Web and where to get MySql with support.

You do not use MS Access on the web and MySQL is not MS's product. If your
issue is regarding MS Access (not using it on the web) you may want to visit
"microsoft.public.access" NG; if it is regarding MySql, well, I do not know
where, but certainly not here.
