The web server that I am dealing with only handles mysql and MS Access for a
database engine. I am trying to convert sites over to this server that
currently has tie-ends to SQL from its previous server. Does anyone have any
advice on how I should convert this over? Does Front Page 2003 even handle
mySQL? Please help. Trying to meet deadlines.

If by "tie-ends to SQL" you mean SQLServer then I would say change
Provider instead to one that supports SQLServer, it will be more cost
effective.
Frontpage handles any Database that are ODBC compliant.
