Mysterious Dialogue Box

I've just upgraded my iMac OS to 10.5.4. Since installing Microsoft
Word 2004, I get this dialogue box every time I open the MSW program
or any MSW document:

"Unexpected error while trying to load Microsoft framework library."

Is this as scary as it sounds, and what can I do to make it go away?

Not mysterious at all :) Framework errors are typically indicative of
mismatched updates to the OS and Office.

The current update level for OS X Leopard is 10.5.6, and 11.5.3 is the
current level for Office 2004. [Although you don't specify where you are
with Office I'm assuming it may not be fully updated either.] Once you get
both fully updated repair disk permissions & restart your Mac. You should
find that the message no longer appears.

Thanks, Bob. I'm happy to know there's a remedy and it's not that
serious. (I scare very easily.)
