Resetting a toolbar only removes customizations - it does not reset
the toolbar location which is what the OP is encountering. "quirky42"
accidentally dragged the menu bar and docked on the right side of the
screen. As "JohnR" pointed out, all that needs to be done is to move
it back to the top.
As I noted in another reply to one of your posts, resetting the
application or components of the application to the defaults is a bit
of a heavy-handed approach. There's no sense in advising a method that
results in the loss of customizations and/or personal preferences when
an alternative is available.
