mystery line

I have a horizontal line appearing at the bottom of the
detail section on all my forms. I cannot get rid of this
line even if I select all and delete, the line still
appears in print preview and prints. I have created new
forms based on nothing and with no objects placed on them.
When I preview, there is this line. I tried select all but
the line is still there.
I have even opened up a new blank database with no fields
created. I created a new form and there was the line again.

Any ideas how to get rid of this line?

Form Property {Dividing Lines} = "No".

Open up the form in design view select properties from
view menu and on the format tab change dividing lines to
No.
