NA Date Values

I am using the oledb between Access and Project. When I come across a date
field that has an NA value in project, the true value is 12:00:00AM which I
convert to the string NA. I get errors when I import these values into Access.

Any ideas how I can work around these errors when I am importing the date
values? I docmd.transfertext with a specification that I setup.
