Nakisa Org Chart into Visio

We open a Nakisa Org Chart, then click on the Visio 2003 icon which opens the
chart into Visio 2003. Then we click on Organizational CHart and Options and
FIelds and there are all kinds of fields showing. WHen we save the Visio
chart, close , then open the chart in Visio again, all the fields are gone
except Name and title.

What happened to all the fields?
