Name Appended at the End of Each Document

One of my users has a name appended at the end of each Word document.
Any idea of how to stop that? It is not a footer.

Because I looked at the footer. I renamed the normal.dot and it
cleaned out the text.

Is the text actually in their normal.dot? Right click Start, choose
Explore, find their norma.dot, right click to open it and check to see
if there is any text in it. If there is, then delete it and save it.
I say this because you said you renamed their normal.dot which means
when word started it use a new blank normal.dot and this had nothing in
it.
