Name AutoCorrect in conjunction with a FE/BE setup

Hello,

I'm looking for hints on the best way to use the Name AutoCorrect feature in
AccessXP.

I have a Backend containing nothing but data, and a Frontend with links to
the backend, and several queries, forms, reports etc...

Now I'd like to clean up table/field nomenclature so that changes propagate
to the frontend queries and other objects.

How do I go about this?
