name conflicts with exixting module project or object library

Dear Friends

I am using Micorsoft office Access 2003. I have two files master files where
i create all FORMS and i have user file which is used by users. I update the
form in Master files and then ask the users to import the same in their ADP
files.

Now when the users are trying to import the file it is giving error.
MICROSOFT VISual BASIC " File not found "PAth of the temp file ( VB20c.tmp
Always changing ) and then comming up with the error.

name conflicts with exixting module project or object library

It would be nice if you can suggest what can be the problem. YOur guidance
will help me to solve the problem.
