Name conflicts

have made a big MDB and at some point when I tried to DELETE a form an error
message pops up saying that duplicates can not be inserted ?!?!

After that if I try do display any vba code the DB says that the module does
not exist!

What can I do??????

Any help appreciated!!!!!!!

Make a new, blank mdb and import all objects from the old one. With a
bit of luck, you will have a clean copy of it.
