Name List

Say I have a list of people belonging to a club. I want to create a
website in Publisher that lists all members in the club, 5 per page. How do
I set up the webpage so that when a new person joins the club I can just
insert his name in the correct spot alphabetically, and have all of the
following names shift so that there are still only 5 names per page, and the
last name on the current page shifts to the following page as required?

You can't have it overflow to another page automatically.

If he can set up a DB, it would flow. Now doing that in Publisher...

OK, I can try the database option. I wonder if I could include pictures as
a field in addition to names ...hmmmm.

you wouldn't put the images in the db, you'd put the links to the pix in the
db
