We have a couple computers where outlook has multiple mailboxes. The people
using it use the FROM field to fill in their names when sending messages.
When they start typing their name in FROM, the dropdown comes up, showing
their correct Exchange account- 'John Smith' and also, another choice, which
has their email address- 'John Smith: (e-mail address removed)'
If they pick the email address, the message is rejected saying they do not
have permission to send.
It's easy enough to delete the email address, but it keeps coming back.
Where does Outlook get that address, and how can we prevent it from getting
on the suggestion list?
