Name on header when printing

When you go to print an email within Outlook (2003), it shows the "user" name
at the top of the email, with a line under it, along with the From, Sent, To
& Subject. Can anyone tell me where this name actually comes from? I have a
user that is printing out a name at the top of her emails that is different
from her name. The mailbox name is her actual name. For example her name is
Jane Doe, but it is printing at the very top "Jane Smith". The "To" line is
correct, though.
