Susie A.
We are running Outlook 2007. I have looked through all the threads and found
a question similar to mine, but there was no solution given.
We have set the name order as "Last name, First name." In Outlook 2000,
when creating a new contact, we could type in "John Smith" and the contact
would appear correctly as "Smith, John." In Outlook 2007, when we type in
"John Smith," the contact appears as "John, Smith." Is there a way to be
able to type in "John Smith" and have the contact appear as "Smith, John?"
Also, is there a way to have the display default to "Name and Company Name"
without having to select it from the drop-down?
Thanks for your assistance. Hopefully I have given enough information to
receive a response.
