Name tags on Access

K

Katie

I am working on a conference and am using Microsoft Access
to keep track of all the attendees. I heard that you can
make name tags instantly on this but am unable to figure
out just how to do it. I went to the help button
and "name tags" or "name badges" just didn't work.
Hopefully someone out there can help. Thanks!

Katie-

The easiest way is to use the Report Label Wizard. Measure your name tags
and pick the Avery label that's the same size. You might need to drag the
resulting text boxes down in the final report design to make room for the
ubiquitous "Hello, My Name Is" stuff at the top of your actual labels.

Try using the Reports wizard in the Reports and Selecting Labels. You then
choose one of the available formats (or do a custom format) to build "Labels"
that are Name Tags/badges.
