Named Data Ranges

How do I change the value of a named data range if I add new data that needs to be included in the range. In Excel 2007 you click on the formula ribbon, choosing Name Manager, editing whatever it is that you have named your data to now include all the cell with new data. I cannot figure out how to do this in 2008 on my Mac? When these named data cells are changed then all the cells that refer to them will be updated, but I can't get that far please help...

The equivalent in versions other than 2007 is Insert> Name> Define. Select
the range you want to modify, change the reference, click the Add button
then OK to close.

If you're frequently adding to the range you might want to consider using
the List Manager to define the range as a List so you don't have to
continuously redefine the range. See Excel Help on the topic: Create a list.

Thank you so much for help on this...I had to know how to modify the range for my stats class. But I also appreciate the knowledge of using a list because I'm sure he will be asking us to do that next. Now I am a step ahead. :0)
