Names auto-filling in the TO: box

After you have sent any number of emails to an address, when you go to send
another email the address pops up for you to select it. My users are going
by this instead of adding the person to their contacts. Now when they get a
new computer all their names are gone (except for their contacts). Is there
a way to offload this list of email addresses or is it just stored in memory
somewhere in the vast C:\windows folder

userprofilename.nk2 file (Outlook profile)
Only outlook or a third party tool can acess this file
You can transfer this file to the new outlook user profile, having renamed
the current 'nk2 file to eg old and renaming appropriately.

Where can i find that file. I did searches on 3 computers and don't see it.
We are using Outlook 2007

You have to search to include hidden - try *.nk2 and see what it shows.
