I have a query with a date field, an employee field, and a score field. In
the criteria for the employee field I have [Enter Employee Name]. I then made
a graph consisting of the date by month and the score. When an employee's name
is typed into the dialogue box it brings up the graph with all of the
employees scores entered to date. However, there is no identifiable name to
know who's record it is. I tried to make a graph with all three fields
including the employee name and it gives me this error (The Microsoft Jet
database engine does not recognize <name> as a valid field name or
expression. (Error 3070) because of my specified criteria.
How can I get the graph to pull scores by individual employee and still
identify the employee on the graph?
Thanks,
