Names in 'to' field in sent items displays as apostrophe's

Hi
I have a user running Swedish Windows XP and Office 2003 who has a problem
where some emails that he sends appears in his send items folder with the
reciepient name only displaying as ''

There isn't a display name, or full email address in the to field, just this
double apostrophe. If I right click on the apostrophe's, and select Outlook
properties, it will show the display name as '' and then the correct email
address shown in the email address field below

If anyone has any ideas, i'd appreciate it
