Names of Word CommandBars

Does anyone know of a list of, or other documentation on, the
names of the various CommandBars in Word 2003?

I am trying to find the name of the shortcut menu that appears when
I am in a cell of a Word table and I right-click.

I have searched the Internet but have been unable to find such a
list.

It is "Table Text" You can create a list with this code:

Sub Test()
Dim oCB As CommandBar
For Each oCB In CommandBars
ActiveDocument.Range.InsertAfter oCB.Name & vbTab & oCB.Type & vbCr
Next oCB
