Naming Categories

I just upgraded from Outlook 2002 to Outlook 2007. In Outlook 2002 I had
several different note categories that were named in a Master Category List.
What happened to naming categories in Outlook without colors? Can it still
be done. Much preferrable in my opinion. Thanks for your help.

you can make a category and not assign a color.
