Naming Conventions

As a recent newcomer to Access I built my first database without any regard
to naming conventions, eg I thought I would make field names easy to
understand and used words with spaces. I have since found that this caused
me problems particularly with VBA and I am aware that there are recommended
naming conventions. Can anyone point me in the right direction as to where I
could find these?
