When creating a link make sure you do *Not* navigate outside of your web site Root folder.
For example, if the other page and your home page both are in the root folder
and you are creating the link in your home page the link would be
<a href="otherpage.htm">Other page</a>
Steve, sorry, I don't understand much html. What I want to do is give
someone a link to a page within my site without using the home page name.
i.e. if my home page is www.dogsandcats.com and the page within that site
that I want to link to is whiskers.htm, what would the link to that page be
without using www.dogsandcats.com/whiskers.htm?
If the person you are sending the link to is going to access your site on
the Internet, they are going to need the full url to access it NOT just the
page name.
