Naming icons

I have created half a dozen small macros to do repetitive daily updating
work, and I have put them on my Quick Access Toolbar. Problem is they each
have the same symbol, and while I know I can assign different symbols to
each macro, I really only want my "one word name" that describes the action
the macro does.
Is there any way I can achieve this seemingly small thing?

No you cannot do that. Your best bet would be to create a ribbon tab to hold
