When I create a template in Word and save it in the Templates folder,
it is saved as a file with a .dot extension. When you then select File
I know it has to remain part of the file name, but how can I create
templates that don't have the .dot extension in the Templates dialog
box? I want to create some templates for my team here at work, and I'd
like to drop the extension. Take a look Microsoft's Elegant Fax
template (on the fax tab) as an example.
