Namne order (Firstnamn Lastnamn)

Rickard Karlsson

After i uppgrade Outlook 2002 to Outlook 2003 i have
problem when i write the name to the reciptian. Ex: in the
to field i write "Rickard Karlsson" and then i press "Ctrl
+ K" to match the name in the Global Adressbook, but i
docn't get any match. But if i wite "Karlsson Rickard" i
get a hit of my namne in the global adressbook.

I wok fine in Outlook 2002 and it work fine from another
Outlook 2003 client. Do any one have a clue how i can fix
this?

P.S i have the swedish version

Have you tried changing the sort order of the Outlook Address Book?
Go to Tools > E-mail accounts > View or change existing directories or
address books > Outlook Address Book > Change. > Set your sort order there

Yes i tried that, but it was no changes. I allso tried to
reinstall Outook 2003 (from Office 2003), and created a
new profile. Same problem.

If i want to "reset" and install a "clean" Outlook 2003,
how should i do? Because after i reinstalld Outllok, it
remember my settings.

I assume you are running against Exchange Server?
A reinstall of Outlook is not likely to help. Removing or re-adding the
Outlook Address Book Service or creating a new profile might.
