narration truncation

Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard) Processor: Intel I am trying to record the narration in ppt. The narration is almost always truncated to varying degrees. I have tried both options of keeping slide times and not keeping them. Is there any resolution for this?
