Narrative next to flowchart

I am fairly new to Visio so this may be an easy question. I would like to
document a simple process in Visio and have the Visio flowchart on one side
of the page and a narrative describing the process on the other side of the
page. I can do it by embedding a Word doc on the page but it looks weird.
They headings on text look forced together. What is the cleanest way to do
this? So, the left half will have the Visio process flowchart and the right
hand side will have a narrative of what is going on in each step. Each step
will have a unique number that will reference to a paragraph in the
narrative. Or, is there a better way?

Thanks!

Can you not add a comment symbol on the right-hand side of the page
and fill that with the narrative text?

I will look at that. My main goal is something easy that looks good. This
will be viewed by clients.

Thanks for the idea,
Dave

I've had good results doing things the opposite way: embedding a Visio
diagram in a Word document.

That is a great idea! I didn't even consider that. I can get the formatting
I need and the text will be easy.

Thanks for the reply.
