Native Excel Pivot Table vs OWC Pivot Table Performance

Questions on this issue regarding OWC10.

1) Is the data retrieve more than can be displayed in one
IE Window?
2) When scrolling down or across in IE does it take much
longer the first time and seem relatively quick with
subsequent scrolling back to the same areas (down and
across)?

Either I do not understand the response or you did not understand my
question. I was saying that the OWC 10 Pivot Table is 10 times faster
than the Excel pivot table.
