Nav bar in shared borders - name too long?

I am wondering if there is any way to force a carriage return in a
page name in the navigation view.

I am using shared borders and a navigation bar. I linked the pages in
the Navigation view and gave the pages names. Unfortunately, the
names are too long and get cut off in the nav bar. If I abbreviate
the names, they will not make sense... for example, one is called
"Phoenix Area M.Ed.vin Secondary", another is "Phoenix Area Elementary
Education". I am afraid if I abbreviate down enough for these to fit
on a single line they will not make sense at all.

I have reduced the size of the font as much as is reasonable.

If I could force a carriage return in the name they would look fine.

Any suggestions?
