nav bar won't work!

When I added pages to my website, the navigator bar and pages are in order.
But when I go to website preview it reordered some pages and so clicking on
the navigator bar takes you to different pages. What can I do?

What you mean by "pub 2003 working on Pub 2007 compatibility mode"?

Select the navbar > Format > Navigation Bar properties to add, remove,
modify, or reorder links on the selected navigation bar.
You can add links to other pages of the Web site or to external
destinations. You can delete links from the navigation bar. You can also
change the destination of existing links or change the text that displays on
the navigation bar. You can also change the order in which links appear on
the navigation bar (changing the order of links on a navigation bar will not
change the order of pages in your publication).
