Nav buttons not visible

My website works correctly on my local machine but when I upload it to my
remote host the navigation buttons shown only text, no graphics. The nav bar
and graphics are from a standard frontpage theme. I have frontpage extensions
installed there and they seem to be working. For example I can install a hit
counter and it works correctly. I have tried reinstalling the FP extensions
and uploading the site again. If I edit the remote site in Frontpage, the
graphics are visible.

Do a full publish of your site to the remote server, then follow up with a Change Page only Publish.
