Navigate to the End of the Paragraph -- w/o Mouse

Version of Word: 2003. I would like to navigate to end of a paragraph from
the keyboard without using the mouse. Any suggestions or macros would be
greatly appreciated.

Ctrl+DownArrow will take you to the beginning of the next paragraph.
LeftArrow will then take you back a character to the end of the previous
paragraph (the one you were in to start with).
