Navigation and Page Tab Placement

Is there a way to put the Navigation and Page Tab on Top of the Window
instead of on the side. In Tablet mode I have plenty of space up and down but
not left and right. I like to have as much space as I can writing left to
write. If this isn't possible, I will probably switch to using tablet mode in
Landscape which is harder to hold but .... Anyway, I think it should be
possible to move those tabs...

No, there is no way to move them up like that.

You can shrink them to be fairly narrow, though. click the >> sign and they
shrink quite a bit.

You can also hit F11 to make OneNote full screen - the page tabs and
notebook frame do not draw in that mode. There is also a button on the
command bar for full screen on/off.
