Navigation Bar Disappears in Web Preview Mode

My website (created in publisher 2007) was previewing OK but now when I
preview it both bottom and vertical navigation bars are not appearing. The
rest of the site seems to be fine.

I have tried to start again by creating a new template but the same thing is
happening with a brand new site.

For the good of all, this was answered by Shaun in the general group. The
answer turned out to be that he had installed the IE8beta, and it was what
caused the problem. He uninstalled it.

Hopefully this will not be a preview of problems to come when MS releases
the final version of IE8.
