Navigation Bar

Does anyone know how to create a navigation bar with a
pull down menu (ie, you click on the pull down menu and
see a list of choices and when you scroll down and select
one of the choices, you are hyperlinked to another
page)? Can this be done in front page without having to
know how to do html or other special coding?

Any help or suggestions is appreciated.
