navigation bar

I'm using a navigation bar from a template.
1. How could I add an additional item in this bar?
2. Can I modify it somehow to get a sub-navifgation bar?
E.g. I have Product List in my navigation bar. I'd like to have the the
actual product list under this to be able to refer to these products.

1. when you add a page to the publication and have 'add to nav bar' on, the
nav bar automatically adds it.

2. No. As stated on the FAQ
http://www.publishermvps.com/Default.aspx?tabid=30 - Publisher has no
support for a dynamic menu. You can however add in a 3rd party menu product,
they are a dime a dozen. Just google on "dynamic menu" or "fly out menu".
