I would like to set up navigation bars on the left side of the page, when I
create this new site. I do not know much html, can I still get this done if
so how!
Here is a site that I set up for my brother 3 years ago but do not know much,
and now that I am setting up a new site I do not remember anything how to
create a new site or how to accomplish a left side navigation as opposed to
top of page or bottom of page as you can see here

but is all I can do ) I would have liked to set up navigation bars on left

Can you recommend any inexpensive 3 rd party theme pages for frontpage or
that could be used for frontpage to give me a professional look.
