Navigation buttons and banners

[GRFC]

I built a new web site in front page. www.gastoniarfc.com after moving it
from one I had done in publisher. I cannot get the navigation button
graphics to look right, or the banner or graphics in the top frame that is
common across all pages. I also tried inserting some standard features from
frontpage like the comments box. The graphics don't display and the features
error off.

The graphics display fine when I publish them locally.

Any advice appreciated

The graphics are not present on the server. Also note that the VML text
box will render as a graphic on FireFox, Opera and all other non-IE
browsers, assuming you have published the hidden index_files folder. (if
it has not been uploaded these browsers will have one more missing
graphic.)
