Navigation Buttons and Sub Pages

I want to create events that when you pass the cursor over
navigation buttons on the home page, you can see
sublinks. For example: When I pass the cursor over the
word:

Schedules

I can view the sub links of:

Games
Practices
Driving Directions

And if I click on them, I get to sub pages.
