Navigation Buttons Gone In Shared Border

I've been using FP2000 for a number of years but yesterday I screwed
something up uploading some changes to the site. Got it mostly fixed, except
for my navigation buttons in the shared border do not show on the published
site and I'm stumped. They are there in FP, and they are there when I
preview it in a browser.

Any help greatly appreciated!
