navigation buttons

I have standard navigation buttons at the bottom of a form.

I would like to scroll through the records when I hold down the Next
button.

How do I do this?

Thought I would attempt to explain the situation a little better.

The user reports that when she clicks and holds down the left mouse
button & at the same time clicks and holds down the next record button
she can NOT rapidly advance thru the records.

She stated that she was able to do this previously.

She also reports the same problem when attempting to reverse rapidly
thru the records.
