Navigation Functionality in Project Web Access

How do I re-implement the "Navigation" functionality (as found in Sharepoint
2007) in Project Web Access (PWA)?

In a Test environment I had the "Navigation" functionality in Project Web
Access operating (not sure how this occured). But in our Live version of
Project Web Access the "Navigation" functionality does not exist.

The "Top Link Bar" and the "Quick Launch" functionality exists but neither
of these give the control to create drop down lists from the Top Link Bar.

I'd rather not have to use code to make this happen.

Our software advisors suggest that the functionality was removed when the
Service Pack was implemented.

Any help would be appreciated.

Whewnah:

In Project Server 2007, the Quick Launch navigation is controlled from
within Project Web Access from Server Settings > Look And Feel Section >
Quick Launch. This works differently than native SharePoint and is much more
flexible that its cousin. You control the Top Lin Bar as you would with a
standard SharePoint site by going to Site Actions > Site Settings and
selecting Top Link Bar from the Look and Feel sections. I'm not sure what
you're talking about with dropdown menus from the Top Link Bar as I've never
seen this using standard SharePoint, MOSS or Project Server.
