navigation gone from web site

Everything seems to be fine on my web site however the navigation menue on
the left side is gone. When I view the site in Front Page preview the
navigation works fine. Why is there no navigation menue on the left side on
my web site? the server says everything is fine on there end.

Should we use the force to view your code or could we perhaps get a link to
the site maybe? :)

I should have mentioned this happened after I uninstalled and cleaned out the
FP extenions on the Web Server. I then reinstalled the FP extensions. My
web site looked like it was missing data and color. I reuploaded from my
hard drive the back up and all seems fine except the menu for navigation.
The server did a fix on the extension on there end but now say the remaining
problem is on my end.

Please help

Does your backup include the navigation, and did you Publish the site
back to server?
Removing the server extensions will also remove the navigation from the
site, hence the need to File->Publish all pages from your local copy.

FYI - The VML graphics (text-boxes, autoshapes, WordArt and all other
things from the drawing toolbar) you have on the home page will not work
in FireFox, Opera, Netscape browsers.
See http://www.rxs-enterprises.org/tests/VML-graphics.htm for details.

yes when I publish local to remote all files seems to transfer. Not usre if
my back up includes navigation but it displays when I do preview. How or
where can I check on the server (c-panel file manger) to see if the neccesary
navigations files are there. What would they be called?

Thanks for the information of display. I have been thinking of going to
dream weaver instead of Front page.

If the remote site has FrontPage extensions open the remote site in
FrontPage and switch to navigation view.
If the navigation view is complete, the files were uploaded, otherwise
they were not uploaded.
If the navigation view is complete, run Tools->Recalculate Hyperlinks

Dreamweaver will not cure your VML graphics, except to the extent it
won't give the option to use any. Expression Web also will not allow
the use of VML, is closer to FrontPage than Dreamweaver, and will (to an
extent) support existing FrontPage navigation and other components.
