Navigation Pane and toolbars with low resolution

I do not understand why my Navigation Pane and toolbars, for some reason I
don't understand, reconfigured to a low resolution format. The explorer type
Navigation Pane looks like the explorer of MS Windows 1.0.

What can I do to solve this?
