I am having the exact problem detailed in this previous post:

I am wondering if someone else can provide some input! I've tried
restarting, opening the db on another computer, changing the "Access Options"
settings, hitting F11 (which, as the other user pointed out, caused the tiny
bar--about the size of the standard Windows scroll bar--to appear and
disappear), and more, but nothing is working.
