Had a problem with outlook crashing due to a missing database something. Send
reports applet suggested udate to SP2 for office. I installed it. Navigation
Pane disappeared, and got a complaint about business contacts. send reports
applet said to apply patch. I did, navigation pane came back. Now is gone
again but no suggestions from send reports applet.
